THIS ROLE IS OFFICE BASED, WITH HYBRID OPTIONS AFTER PROBATION

Our client is a successful Mortgage Brokerage, based in Southampton.

Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a Mortgage Administrator to join their expanding team.

You’ll play a key role in supporting clients from mortgage application through to completion, working closely with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and providers to keep things moving smoothly and professionally.

It’s a great opportunity for someone with at least a year of admin experience who wants to develop in a fast-paced, rewarding role with a clear progression path.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients once their application has been submitted
• Uploading documents to lender portals and chasing updates
• Liaising with solicitors, lenders and providers to keep cases progressing
• Completing ID checks, AML and compliance admin
• Keeping the in-house system updated with accurate notes
• Working closely with brokers and the operations team to deliver exceptional service

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ year of administration experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident using Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• A proactive, supportive, detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

There is bonus with this role, and a realistic OTE of £30,000
