We're looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our small, supportive team. This role offers long‑term potential with the chance to grow your skills and progress as training is completed.

About the Role

This is a Temp to Perm opportunity where you'll be involved in a range of warehouse duties including small‑parts picking, stock handling, and general operational tasks. The work is hands‑on and best suited to someone who enjoys a varied, productive day.

Part‑time hours may be considered for the right candidate.

Pay & Progression

Starting rate: £12.21 per hour
Increases to: £13.66 per hour on completion of training

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

Dextrous and accurate, especially when handling small components
In possession of a clean driving licence - To drive the company van for short trips
Experienced with Counterbalance Forklift Trucks (advantageous but not essential - training can be given)
Conscientious, dependable, and hard‑working, with a strong team approach
