Job Title: KS1 Class Teacher

Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on experience)

A supportive and inclusive primary school in Buckingham is looking to appoint a Key Stage 1 Class Teacher from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for a passionate teacher with a strong foundation in early primary education.

What you'll be doing:

Delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum

Promoting a positive classroom culture that supports behaviour and learning

Monitoring and assessing pupil progress and development

Collaborating with colleagues to plan lessons and share good practice

Supporting pupils to reach age-related expectations

What we're looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Recent experience teaching in KS1

Strong knowledge of phonics and early literacy development

A caring, structured, and enthusiastic teaching approach

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
