Sales Negotiator/executive

Are you a good sales negotiator or working for an estate agent or in recruitment? We want you! We will match your current basic or pay you more than your basic guaranteed, and not only that - we will pay you £300 per each sale. You don't have to wait for completion. Yes, that's right! and Yes uncapped!

Our client are an established Business Brokers. They are a growing business with beautiful grade A offices in Manchester City Centre (Spinningfields) working sociable hours Monday to Friday form 8:45am to 5:30pm (no weekends). Don't just look for a job - look for your dream job!

Due to recent expansion, our client are looking for successful & experienced new business sales negotiators, who have the drive to succeed as well as a passion for their company's progression, achievement, and development. You will already be working successfully in a similar role, within outbound B2B sales.

Your primary objective will be to call enquiries, answer all their questions and book a viewing for them to attend and meet with the owner of the business. You will hten secure a deposit from the buyer and at that point, you are earning commission...You will also call actively looking buyers to discuss new opportunities we have.

All work is done from the office in Manchester.

* You have experience in sales and love to sell

* You have worked in an Estate Agent role (not essential)

* You can analyse the market, source great prospects and close within a new business sales environment

* You have a strong hunger for success and are highly money focused

* You are an effective communicator


* Be self-motivated and highly driven to bring sales

* Contact potential clients to secure their business

* Up-selling necessary products and services

* Achieving set quantity and monetary KPI's

* Manage your own database of new leads and call backs

* Creating innovative ways of lead generation, as well as self-generation

* Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm
