We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading FMCG company based in Rugby. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across the site

Lead and implement engineering projects and upgrades

Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities

Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations

Supervise a team of multi-skilled engineers and technicians

Maintain equipment reliability and reduce downtime

About You:

Qualified in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Multiskilled)

Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG or manufacturing sector

Strong leadership and team management skills

Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving ability

Knowledge of lean manufacturing or CI methodologies (e.g. Kaizen, Six Sigma)

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, Days-based role
