What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of SME commercial clients with premiums up to £20K.
• Servicing a mix of Construction, Property, and wider commercial insurance risks.
• Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client queries with professionalism and care.
• Negotiating with insurers to secure competitive terms and creative solutions.
• Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and becoming their go-to advisor.
• Playing your part in the company’s ambitious growth journey as we expand and innovate.

What you will need:

• Experience as a Commercial Account Handler.
• Solid technical knowledge across Construction, Property, and general commercial insurance.
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• A confident communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Ambition, drive, and a genuine appetite to progress in your career.
• Experience using Acturis (desirable but not essential).
