Role Overview:
They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Pre-Assessment Nurse to join their dynamic team on a part-time basis. As a Pre-Assessment Nurse, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient assessment of patients before their medical procedures, contributing to the overall excellence of patient care.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar pre-assessment role within a healthcare setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of relevant medical terminology and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough pre-assessment interviews with patients to gather relevant medical history and information.
Coordinate and organize pre-assessment appointments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a comprehensive understanding of patient health and potential risks.
Communicate effectively with patients to address any concerns or questions related to the pre-assessment process.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
