Are you an experienced Commercial Insurance Broker looking for a senior role within a Leading Independent Broker who has been trading for over 40 Years? Our Client is looking for a placement broker to join its office due to continued growth. You'll be instrumental in Broking and securing new business and Re Broking Renewals for a portfolio of high-profile clients. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key position and contribute to the company's ambitious growth plans.

This role is ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with senior business directors and has extensive knowledge of the commercial broking market.

What You'll Do

• Market risks to insurers for new business and renewals.
• Prepare comprehensive market documentation and presentations for clients.
• Work with broking staff to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Review submissions from producers and assess the needs of clients.
• Broker risks to local and other relevant markets.
• Ensure all market documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Manage the renewal process, ensuring timely collection of information and securing competitive terms.

What You'll Bring

• Extensive experience as a Commercial Insurance Broker, handling a wide variety of cross-class risks.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant insurance products and an understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and insurers.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: Up to £60,000, depending on experience (Negotiable)
• Bonus, pension, and private medical insurance.
