Regional Commercial Manager

Birmingham

Permanent – Full Time – 40 hours

We are seeking a forward-thinking Regional Commercial Manager to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of mixed-tenure and partnership-led housing schemes. As an integral part of the regional commercial leadership team, you will help shape commercial strategy, provide hands-on oversight across key projects, and support the continued growth of high-performing, collaborative commercial function. Your influence will help ensure robust commercial governance, strong financial performance and successful project delivery across the region.

At Lovell, we work collaboratively with local authorities, registered providers, and community partners to create sustainable homes and thriving neighbourhoods. We are driven by a commitment to responsible development, long-term partnership and positive community impact.

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors, supporting them to deliver accurate cost control, financial reporting, subcontractor management, risk identification, valuation processes and effective contractual administration.

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping regional performance and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
