They are currently looking to appoint a Revit-proficient Architectural Technologist with proven project running experience on large-scale schemes to join their growing Manchester studio.

With three UK offices and an established global presence, this design-led consultancy is known for delivering high-quality work across a broad range of sectors, including residential, mixed-use, commercial, and urban regeneration.

The Manchester team, now 65-strong, is at the forefront of some of the region's most significant regeneration and BTR projects, including a landmark £200m masterplan.

This opportunity would suit a confident Architectural Technologist with a strong technical skillset, comfortable working across the later RIBA stages, producing detailed technical packages, and liaising directly with clients and consultants.

Architectural Technologist Job Overview

Day-to-day use of Revit to develop and coordinate technical drawing packages
Contribution across all RIBA stages, with a particular focus on Stages 3-5

Architectural Technologist Job Requirements

Degree in Architectural Technology (or equivalent)
5+ years' UK industry experience
Strong Revit proficiency and experience within BIM workflows
Proven technical delivery skills and understanding of UK Building Regulations
Confident communicator with project running experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
