Job Description

CSR/Document Processor $15 per hr. with potential wage increase based on performance. Hiring Full & Part time positions. Motor Vehicle Experience is a must.

~~The document processor is responsible for processing vehicle titles and registration work accurately and within company timelines for providing excellent service to customers.

Day to day functions:

* Processes vehicle titles/registrations with precision

* Meets company timelines in processing All NYS DMV transactions and resolving client issues

* Consistently responds to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner within company timelines

* Performs administrative duties in the office such as data base entry, word processing, filing, copying and other duties associated NY DMV

* Other administrative duties will be assigned such as driving to and from the motor vehicle.

* Must have a clean and valid NYS drivers license.

 

 

Company Description
We are a NY DMV document processing service that is a partner with the State of NY. This allows us to process NY motor vehicle transactions in house. This is a fast paced small office with flexible hours.
