Inside Sales Executive

Northampton

12 month FTC

£25k per annum + bonuses

As the inside Sales Executive, you will be joining a collaborative and successful sales team based in Northampton which services customers all across the UK. Within this role, you will develop sales opportunities with both existing and potential customers and proactively engaging with customers to develop relationships and increase revenue and profitability.

Day to day responsibilities include:

* Outbound telesales activity to develop opportunities and gain new customers.

* Support with the sales administration for new accounts

* Supporting with the onboarding process for new customers.

* Manage the generic email inboxes for the department

* Promoting and upselling the full range of services

* Develop and maintain a customer database on the internal CRM system.

* Deal with all incoming sales queries

* Raise quotations and follow up and negotiate sales quotations

* Investigation of invoice queries

* Generate new leads for telesales activities

* Work towards achieving set monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs

* Maintain and develop strong customer relationships

* Supporting Business Development and Sales Managers with client visits, trade shows and promotional events

* Provide administrative support to the Inside Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager and Business Development Managers

Skills and experience required:

* A form of business to business sales experience (sector experience isn't required)

* Strong communication both verbal and written

* Previously worked within a inside sales or sales administration role previously

* Have an interest in growing a career within sales
