Salary -

* £55k - £60k + Bonuses

Requirements -

* NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

* Strong leadership experience in a nursing or care home setting

* A deep understanding of CQC standards and compliance

* A passion for elderly and dementia care

* Drive, professionalism, and a people-first mindset
