SEND Teacher - Year 6 (Long-Term, Full-Time)

A welcoming and inclusive two-form entry primary school in Hounslow is seeking a confident and experienced SEND teacher to join their collaborative and nurturing team for a long-term, full-time role starting in September 2025.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated SEND practitioner who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and delivering meaningful progress in both academic and personal development.

Morning focus: Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons in Maths, English, and Reading to a small group of Year 6 pupils with identified SEND needs.

Afternoon duties: Provide PPA and cover support across the Year 6 year group.

Team collaboration: Work alongside three experienced Year 6 teachers and a strong team of support staff.

Curriculum support: Planning is already in place and shared within the team.

*

Tech-savvy environment: The school uses Microsoft Teams for resource sharing and planning (training can be provided if needed).

Qualified teacher with SEND experience in a mainstream or specialist setting

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is advantageous (support available)
