An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal PA to join a London based law firm. The successful applicant will be based within the construction team supporting fee-earners.

You will be responsible for undertaking a variety of support tasks. Daily duties will include diary management, preparing documents and other ad-hoc tasks. You will also be regularly liaising with clients.

It is essential the successful candidate holds a Legal Secretarial background within a similar legal environment. experience in transactional work or real estate is advantageous however not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft word and legal document management systems is required.

This is an initial temporary position with the potential opportunity to go permanent.

This is a full time, office-based position starting ASAP.
