As a Senior CDM Consultant, you'll lead on complex projects across a wide range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, and residential. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver CDM advisory services and Principal Designer duties

Provide expert guidance to clients and design teams on risk management and compliance

Mentor junior CDM Consultants and support their professional development

Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations across multiple projects

Requirements:

NEBOSH Diploma or Construction Certificate (or equivalent)

Membership of IOSH or APS (TechIOSH / IMaPS minimum)

Proven experience delivering CDM advisory services

Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
