Internal Recruiter (9 Month FTC - Potential to go Perm) Midlands - Hybrid (Multi-site: Lutterworth / Northampton / Corby / Burton-on-Trent / Swadlincote) £40,000p.a. - £45,000p.a. + Flexibility

Loom Talent are partnering with a growing logistics and distribution business that has recently secured a significant new contract, driving increased recruitment demand across their UK operations.

As a result, they are now looking to appoint an Internal Recruiter on an initial 9 month FTC, with a strong likelihood of the role becoming permanent as the demand from the contract increases.

This position offers a high level of flexibility around location and working patterns, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships across multiple operational sites while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

What you will be doing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activity for high-volume operational roles including Supervisors, Shift Managers and Team Leaders across multiple distribution sites.
  • Partner closely with site leadership teams to understand their hiring needs and wants and workforce planning requirements as the business continues to grow.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring delivery against hiring targets and maintaining service quality.
  • Work collaboratively with operational stakeholders across sites, acting as a trusted partner on recruitment strategy and candidate selection.
  • Support the wider growth of the business by ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for key operational leadership roles.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience within internal recruitment, talent acquisition or agency recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting within logistics, distribution, warehousing or other blue-collar environments would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working closely with site leaders and operational teams.
  • Available to start quickly (ideally within at least two weeks).
