A leading, award-winning Commercial Property Investment and Development company with an impressive portfolio of modern design-led buildings across Central London, is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Head of Asset Management. With an excellent salary on offer (up to £60,000 per annum plus an annual discretionary bonus) and other great benefits, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has an established background working at a senior level, and who is full of initiative and drive. Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail are crucial along with the ability to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This role is office based, from their head office in Central London. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Extensive administrative support including diary and inbox management, maintaining Outlook contacts.
  • Acting as the gatekeeper for Asset Managers, managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and optimizing time management.
  • Handling internal and external enquiries, filtering and redirecting calls appropriately.
  • Assisting the Director with authorising legal and HR documents.
  • Assisting with the coordination and creation of presentations.
  • Sourcing, booking, and coordinating travel requirements.
  • Proactively anticipating and pre-empting the needs of the team.

The successful Personal Assistant will:

  • Have at least 5 years experience in a similar PA / / EA/ Personal Assistant role.
  • Be highly proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Ideally have good working knowledge of In-Design (not essential).
  • Possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and use own initiative.
  • Have a professional and proactive approach, with a 'can do’ attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Have great attention to detail.
  • Be able to act with discretion and diplomacy; always maintaining complete confidentiality and discretion.
