Class 2 Driver - Position Details
Location: Harrlow

Shift Pattern:

* Days: Sunday to Thursday

* Start Time: 3:00 PM

* Finish: Until job is complete (max 15 hours; typically under 10 hours per shift)

Pay Rates:

* Standard Rate: £19.42 per hour

* Overtime Rate: £23.84 per hour

Responsibilities

* Operate a Class 2 vehicle to transport goods safely and efficiently.

* Ensure timely delivery of products while adhering to traffic regulations and company policies.

* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards.

* Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues.

* Utilize flatbed trucks for transporting various loads, ensuring proper securing of cargo.

* Maintain accurate delivery records and logs as required.

Role Overview:

* Routes and delivery drops will vary daily.

* You will be working alongside an experienced driver or porter who will guide you through routes and procedures.

* This role involves multi-drop deliveries and physical work.

Requirements:

* Valid Class 2 (Category C) license

* CPC & Digital Tacho Card

* Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
