What the home is offering and details of this Night Nurse Manager RGN/RMN/RNLD role:
• 44 hours per week on a permanent contract
• Nights Only
• Great hourly pay rates from £16.41 per hour (equates to NHS Band 6 and £37,546 per annum)
• Paid NMC PIN renewal, we cover your annual registration fee
• Paid DBS Check
• Paid individual membership for the Nursing Times As Night Nurse Manager your responsibilities will involve providing clinical leadership and line management to the care and nursing teams, along with coordinating clinical services during the night shift. You will ensure the safety and security of the service during the night shift, undertaking regular rounds to monitor quality assurance, assisting with emergencies and providing clinical support. Applicants for this Night Nurse Manager RGN/RMN/RNLD post should be/have:
• Qualified Adult General Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident leading a team of RNs and HCAs and able to effectively lead shifts and manage care
