Regional Trainer & Coach (APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME)

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Coach/Apprentice Assessor to support the development of apprentices across Customer Service, Parts, and Warehouse Operations. You'll deliver formal training at manufacturer academies, coach apprentices through their final assessments, and manage a caseload of approximately 30 apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver formal training to apprentices at manufacturer academies (4 weeks per year)

* Coach and develop apprentices through their programme and End Point Assessments

* Manage a caseload of approximately 30 apprentices

* Use excellent communication and coaching skills to support apprentice development

* Monitor progression towards achievement targets using Management Information Systems

Requirements:

* Automotive aftersales experience at Level 3 or equivalent

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Experience in learner safeguarding and wellbeing

* Ability to work independently and manage own workload

* Maths and English qualification Level 2 (equivalent)

* Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Qualifications:

* Experience as a Regional Coach or Apprentice Assessor

* Automotive technical experience

* Working knowledge of Apprenticeship programmes and inspection frameworks

* Assessment, training, or teaching qualification
