Company: JAMES ANDREWS TECHNOLOGY

Job Type: Permanent, FullTime

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

We’re working with a forward-thinking housing provider that’s about to kick off a major programme of change - and they’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst / PMO Lead to help steer the ship.

You’ll be the bridge between technology and operations, leading process discovery, requirements gathering and strategic project coordination across the business. This is a hybrid role where you’ll wear both your BA and PMO hats - and make a tangible impact on the delivery of services that matter.

This isn’t just about gathering requirements and moving Gantt charts. You’ll be at the heart of a modernisation journey, helping deliver a business-critical replacement of their Keystone Asset Management System and shaping how projects are prioritised, resourced, and governed across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Facilitating workshops, gap analysis, and As-Is/To-Be process reviews
  • Acting as a change champion - translating business needs into clear technical and process solutions
  • Coordinating cross-functional projects and reporting on impact
  • Leading the Request for Work pipeline and supporting strategic project prioritisation
  • Supporting procurement, documentation, and rollout of the new Keystone Asset Management System
  • Maintaining a bird’s eye view of Teign’s project portfolio, benefits realisation, and resource allocation

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, PMO Lead, or similar hybrid role
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and business process improvement
  • Experience working with project frameworks like Prince2, Agile, or Lean
  • Ability to lead on change management and strategic analysis
  • Public sector or housing experience is a bonus - but not essential

Why Join?

Combines strong social purpose with a modern, forward-looking approach to transformation. You’ll work in a collaborative culture that values innovation and supports flexible/agile working.

Benefits Include:

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Flexible hybrid working (only 1 day a week typically onsite)
  • Generous employer pension contribution
  • Private healthcare
  • Professional membership reimbursement
  • Gym and eye care support
  • MS Home Use Programme + Tech discounts
  • ...and more!
