Salary: £25000 - £35000/annum company pension, flexitime

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Exec to work an online professional training company based in Lancashire

As the Digital Marketing Exec, you will be a 'Digital Lead' for all of our business essentials and support our Digital Webinar Broadcasts and Social Media channels, enabling the business and our brands get maximum public exposure. Your role will be on creating a digital strategy for our business and charity which deliver digital solutions to our members, corporate customers and international clients.

You will also be responsible for presenting and facilitating webinars working with a team of presenters to support delivering online content, your hours of work will reflect this.

Analysis and Research

• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.

• Have a good understanding of the business products or services and be able to advise others about them.

• Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with the business director to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.

• Use Analytics and other tools to benchmark the success of your communications.

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Client Care

• Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.

• Foster familiar relationships between clients and the business team.

• Ensure a culture of excellent customer service.

Sales and Marketing

• Seek to increase sales / memberships of the business.

• Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns.

• Implementing and delivering an agreed marketing strategy through the creation of effective digital and traditional marketing activity e.g, emails, videos, broadcasts.

• Create and manage a social media presence via established platforms.

• Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation.

• Generate marketing leads.

• Help to plan sales and marketing campaigns.

• Manage appointments on behalf of the business director.

• Manage inbound sales enquiries and conduct engaging product demos with prospective clients.

• Brainstorming with Directors and Managers.

• Optimising or repurposing existing content to help it perform better.

• Creating marketing and promotional content.

• Utilise a wide range of digital and inbound practices, from blogging, social media, marketing automation and promotional campaigns to website optimisation, content creation, email and conversion rate optimisation.

• Monitor campaigns, auditing and adjusting them for maximum performance.

• Ensuring all content and relating activity is on-brand

• Build, test and gain relevant approvals before sends.

• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.

• Undertake Competitor analysis.

• Support Webinars Advertising, Speaker Management and Editing

• Knowledge of Paid Social Media Marketing, Ads, Pixels and Tags would be useful

Skills and Behaviours

• Proven ability to work quickly and flexibly in high pressure situation.

• Expertise in at least one of the following areas: Digital Strategy, Social Media Strategy, Marketing/Brand and/or Paid Media Management;
