£26,500 per annum + £1,000 bonus
40 hours per week
 
This role involves working weekends.

We are working with a business based in Nottingham who are looking to recruit a Sales Advisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers and being part of a busy, friendly environment.
 
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries both over the phone and face to face. You will take the time to understand what customers are looking for, offer suitable options, and make the most of sales opportunities while providing a great experience.
 
As the Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

Handling incoming sales enquiries via phone and in person
Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs
Maximising upselling opportunities where appropriate
Processing orders and updating internal systems
Supporting with general administration tasks
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Working closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth customer journey 
To be successful as a Sales Advisor, you will need:

Previous experience in a customer facing or sales role
Confident and friendly communication skills
A proactive approach and willingness to upsell
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple tasks at once
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
It would be an advantage if you have forklift experience 
Previous experience in retail, customer service or a sales environment would be ideal.
