A prominent, worldwide Building Surveying consultancy is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Building Surveyor to enrich their multidisciplinary team in Milton Keynes.

The Senior Building Surveyor's role

The appointed Senior Building Surveyor will embrace a dynamic position, tasked with overseeing refurbishment projects ranging from £50K to £2m, managing relationships with a major property company, and ensuring consistent communication with the client. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring graduates and apprentices, all while upholding exceptional standards of client service.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

MRICS accreditation ideally
BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree
Experience in handling design, contract administration of insurance claims & large losses
Commericially minded and client facing
Communication skills, both written and verbalIn Return?
