We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as a Transport Administrator. As the backbone of their transport operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of their logistics and fleet management.

As this is an immediate temporary requirement, candidates must be available to start straight away without a notice period

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with Management and Drivers
Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, management, and other stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information.
Manage and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Accurately process and manage driver timesheets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Requirements:

Ability to effectively communicate with drivers, management, and other stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
High level of attention to detail, with accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role.
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a transport or logistics environment.
