• Diagnosing and resolving issues related to piercing and forming in multistage progressive stamping tools
• Working very closely with NPI and Tool design to ensure tooling is appropriate for use, alongside effecting and optimised.
• Working with the toolroom supervisor in improvements and tooling conditions/status
• Coaching and training apprentices and junior toolmakers

Tooling Engineer The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:

• Experience with high-speed, multistage progressive stamping tools
• Tool design knowledge/experience (desirable)
