As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, there has been a substantial increase in the number of organisations requesting our expertise. To meet rising volumes, we are seeking to recruit a PA to support three Senior Directors here at Cignpost Diagnostics.

Key Resposibilities

  • Diary Management - booking meetings with internal and external attendees
  • Email Management
  • Compiling meeting packs, presentations, and project support documents
  • Working with internal stakeholders to implement plans and policies throughout the organisation
  • Expense Management
  • Assisting the Directors in managing key working relationships with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Representing the Directors at meetings when requested and taking minutes
  • Supporting other PA’s / EA’s within the company when required
  • Provide administrative support to their wider teams
  • Organising travel and accommodation when required
  • Other ad-hoc projects as and when required

Experience Requird

  • Proven PA experience at Director level with the ability to manage a diverse set of duties with a minimum of 2 years experience
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and flexibility to deal with unexpected priorities and actions
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced IT Skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Comfortable communicating with all levels of seniority and maintaining a highly professional manner at all times.
  • Experience with management and leadership with the ability to motivate and influence decision making
