We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of care services. This role involves leading teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional, person-centred care. You'll play a key role in driving performance, fostering staff development, and maintaining high-quality outcomes for those we support.

Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery

Ensure the safe, smooth, and person-centred delivery of care services.
Uphold health and safety standards for both staff and individuals supported.
Promote a culture of dignity, independence, and continuous improvement.
Team Leadership

Manage, coach, and support Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers.
Oversee recruitment, staff development, and performance management.
Build strong, supportive teams that deliver consistent, high-quality care.
Financial & Operational Management

Effectively manage budgets and staff allocation.
Use internal systems to track staff performance, training, incidents, and quality measures.
Partnerships & Referrals

Work collaboratively with external stakeholders and professionals.
Promote services locally and help drive referrals and placements.
Continuous Development

Champion ongoing professional development for all staff.
Stay current with legislation and best practice in social care to drive innovation and improvement.
