Job Title: Chef - Farnborough
Pay: £15.50 per hour (Weekly Pay)
Contract: Ongoing
Hours: Saturday & Sunday (shift times on rota, flexibility required)
Additional hours available at another site if full-time work is desired.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Chef to join our client's catering team in Farnborough. This role is primarily weekend-based, working shifts on both Saturday and Sunday. For candidates looking for full-time hours, extra shifts may be arranged at a nearby site.

Key Responsibilities for a Chef:
Preparing and cooking high-volume batch meals (cooking for large amounts of people).
Following structured menus and recipes to ensure consistency and portion control.
Meeting all dietary requirements, food hygiene, and allergen management standards.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen environment.
Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
Working effectively both independently and as part of a small team.
Requirements for a Chef:
Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (essential).
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to location).
Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a high-volume catering environment.
Strong understanding of food hygiene and safe food handling.
Flexibility with shift patterns and a proactive approach to teamwork.
