About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join a well-established residential service in Sutton Coldfield supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.
This is a days-only role, working on a consistent 3 on / 3 off rota, ideal for those looking for a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact.

Requirements -
Experience working with autism and learning disabilities - essential
