Job Type: Permanent, FullTime

Salary: £25000/annum

TEMP NEEDED - up to 4 months

Hourly rate: £13ph

Fully remote or hybrid working - Office located in Macclesfield

This role is covering a project secondment and my client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
You will be working as part of a wider HR team, assisting with transactional HR and payroll duties.

More about the role:

Support and work with the wider HR team to ensure the smooth running of the function
Support the administration of new employee offers
Assist with the onboarding process of new employees
Update the HR system with employee changes, e.g., adding/removing employees, address changes etc
Create and maintain electronic and hard copy personnel files
Production of letters & forms relating to employee matters
Support the administration of offboarding employees
Run monthly annual leave and absence reports
Administer employee benefits, including adding/removing employees as required
Administer and monitor Risk Management and Compliance Training
Track and arrange general training through the business
Collating monthly payrollYou will need experience working within a HR or payroll role for a minumum of a year and understand the set up of a HR function and the transactional duties included.
