About the Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable Refuse Driver to join our team in Hayes, with an immediate start available. The role involves working Monday to Friday with early morning starts, collecting and transporting waste in the local area. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position offering £17.35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a refuse collection vehicle.
• Collect waste across the designated routes.
• Ensure that all waste is disposed of correctly and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and businesses.
• Maintain a high standard of health and safety and vehicle cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (C) or LGV license.
• Previous experience as a refuse driver or in a similar role is desirable.
• Ability to work early mornings and complete physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• A positive, reliable attitude and strong work ethic.
