Property Valuer

Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure repeat business and new instructions.
• Focus on generating new business and effectively market properties to potential buyers.
• Prepare detailed and attractive property brochures with photos and descriptions.
• Engage in local area canvassing through door knocking and leaflet distribution.
• Ensure all properties meet health and safety standards.
• Utilise various marketing skills to attract potential buyers.
• Complete contracts and upsell additional products related to property sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
• Experience in estate agency, ready to take the next step in your career.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong IT skills, proficient with basic Microsoft Packages.
• Excellent telephone manner and strong attention to detail.
