Sr. Inside Sales Executive
Our client is in search for an Inside Sales Executive to work from their downtown office. You will be responsible for calling on C-Level Healthcare and Hospital decision makers to identify their hospital’s needs for future outpatient facilities. Our client is one of the nation’s top 5 companies in the construction and management of outpatient healthcare facilities. Your role is to prospect & identify new opportunities for these needed buildings around the country, and set up meetings between the Sr Sales team and these C-Level decision makers. You will receive a $5k commission for every qualified meeting you are able to confirm for Landmark. There is no cap on these commissions as your goal is to set up as many meetings as possible. The commissions are very high due to Landmark’s close ratio is very high and these are multi-million dollar projects.
A background in Healthcare or Real Estate / Property Management is not required, but a background in sales calling on hard to reach C-Level decision makers is. Once hired, you will be educated on their business, their clients, and how they develop, finance, construct and lease medical office buildings.
$50k Base Salary + uncapped commission plan
$5k commission per meeting
Full medical/dental/vision Health Insurance Plan + 401k
Minimum of 1 year professional Inside Sales experience calling on C-Level
Track record of success attaining and exceeding sales quotas
Healthcare / Hospital Sales Experience desired
