Part-Time Driver (Term Time Only) - £13.25 per hour - Company Vehicle Provided
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Hours: 20 hours per week (term time only)

Are you a reliable and safety-focused driver looking for a meaningful part-time role? Join our team transporting young, vulnerable passengers in and around Stoke-on-Trent.

We are looking for compassionate, punctual drivers with a valid taxi badge who are committed to making a positive difference every day.

What you'll be doing:

* Safely transport passengers in a company-provided vehicle

* Carry out daily vehicle checks, refuel, and perform light cleaning

* Operate tail lifts and safely secure wheelchairs where necessary

* Prioritise the safety and wellbeing of all passengers

* Communicate clearly and respectfully with passengers, including those with additional needs

* Follow all company procedures and safety regulations

* Report any issues or incidents promptly

* Travel independently to designated pick-up and drop-off points

What we're looking for:

* Aged 25 or older (due to insurance requirements)

* At least 2 years of driving experience

* A valid taxi badge issued by a UK local authority

* Strong communication skills, especially when supporting individuals with learning disabilities or mental health conditions

* A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude

* A commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and professionalism
