Contract: September - December 2025 (Term One)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
Pay: Competitive daily rate
Type: Part-Time, Fixed-Term

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Supply Desk is pleased to offer a part-time Teaching Assistant role at Heathfield, available throughout Term One, starting September 2025.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons

Provide support to pupils through one-to-one and small group work

Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere

Support classroom organisation and daily administrative tasks

Encourage positive behaviour and promote pupil well-being

Requirements:

Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their learning

Previous classroom or teaching assistant experience is desirable but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Current DBS clearance via the update service, or willingness to obtain one
