Legal PA (Family Law) - Inverness - Salary up to £32,000 p/a + DOE

We are looking to speak to experienced Legal PA's who are looking for a new challenge in Inverness. You will be joining an established firm and team, on a fixed term basis, assisting fee earners daily with a variety of tasks. Ideally, you will have experience within a legal business within a personal or family team, have a strong attention to detail and excellent time management. Within this role you will have an opportunity to support and assist a variety of teams across the firm, whilst continuing to grow and develop your skills further.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Inverness. The salary for this role is up to £32,000 + p/a depending on experience. You will be working core business hours, Monday - Friday on a hybrid basis.
 
Are you who we are looking for?

You are an experienced PA, with experience within the legal sector (personal and family experience desired)
You have a strong attention to detail
You are a confident communicator both written and orally
You enjoy building key business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages
You can manage your time effectively to meet targets and deadlines
You have strong diary management experience
You are a confident proactive individual, who can problem solve
You can work well individually and within a team environment to support 
What is the day to day like?

Assisting with diary management, making appointments, arranging meetings and tracking responses
Taking any new client enquiries and details
Anticipating ant arrangements for meetings i.e. itineraries, papers and profile information
Managing emails proactively, flagging any urgent queries, checking inboxes when out of office
Scanning mail and saving to the DMS, organising and preparing responses for solicitors and paralegals
Completing all internal filing
Ensuring all administrative work is completed both on and off the internal system
Maintaining knowledge of current affairs in the office
Dealing with clients and external stakeholders daily via telephone, email and F2F
Drafting legal documents including letters of engagement, completing any AML checks
Organising expense claims, paying invoices and completing any follow up processes
Assisting with billing, as well as attending any meetings relating to this
Sourcing travel and accommodation when required
Liaising with various departments including finance, document production and business development
Providing cover and assistance in other practice areas when required
Always adhering to the business policies and procedures
