Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant
(German and English Speaking)
Location: Hybrid (mainly remote - London)
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 8am-8pm (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: £12.65 per hour

Exciting opportunity for a German and English-speaking Customer Experience Consultant to join a supportive team, handling calls, emails, and live chats for a global lottery client. You'll provide first-line customer support, helping to deliver an outstanding service.

What you'll need:

Fluent German and English (spoken and written)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A positive, proactive approach

Contact centre experience (advantageous, not essential)
