Are you an experienced and proactive Fabric Technician looking to join a dynamic team where your expertise will directly support high standards in building maintenance and operations?

We're looking for a skilled professional to deliver a wide range of planned and reactive fabric maintenance tasks across our site, ensuring safety, quality, and minimal operational downtime. You'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our building structures and finishes, working both independently and collaboratively with our dedicated team and specialist contractors.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks via our Planon IWMS system.
Respond to and resolve reactive maintenance issues with priority response.
Conduct daily and periodic building inspections, producing work schedules as needed.
Undertake routine maintenance of building fabric including repairs, finishes, and decorating.
Maintain accurate updates on all tasks through the IWMS system.
Support external OEM contractors during surveys and inspections.
Act as a Health & Safety ambassador, promoting a safe working environment.
Contribute to continuous improvement and a collaborative team culture.
Participate in incident management and recovery planning exercises.✅ What We're Looking For Minimum Requirements
Proven experience in fabric maintenance, repairs, construction, painting, and decorating.Essential Skills
Good understanding of compliance and statutory building obligations.
Strong communication skills for reporting and information sharing.
Ability to evaluate and act on information to support decision-making.
Commitment to excellent customer service delivery.
Reliable, organised, and able to manage time effectively.
Resilient under pressure with a collaborative mindset.Desirable (But Not Essential)
IOSH Working Safely qualification.
City & Guilds Level 3 in a relevant building/fabric subject.
IPAF or PASMA Working at Height certification.💰 What's In It for You?

On-call/overtime (after 6 months): Approx. £8,000
Annual bonus: 10% (£3,240)
January allowance: £1,000 for on-site only work
