Internal Sales Executive

Our client based in Telford is currently expanding internationally and their team n Telford, they are now looking to recruit an internal sales executive to join their team in Telford.

The right candidate will have experience from an Agriculture or AgTech. Since our client is still in the early stages of growth you will have the opportunity to have a huge impact on how they build the sales team.

About the Role

You will be following up on potential and current customers. Currently they do not engage in outreach sales or cold calling, all outbound calls are made through enquires and follow up calls, our client thrives to create excellent customer relationships.

Main responsibilities

• Follow up sales enquiries through phone and Email
• Respond to queries and sending quotes
• Host online meetings with potential and existing customers
• Mange your own CRM workspace
• Visit key customers when required
• Sales analysis
• Work alongside the customer success team

In the current phase of growing the team you may be required to be adaptable and willing to contribute to non-sales related tasks like:

• Contribution to projects across the organisation
• Improving the customer Journey
• Contributing to developing the UK Team and shaping the structure
