Key Responsibilities

Support pupils with individual learning plans and tailored educational strategies

Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

Work closely with teachers and other professionals to monitor progress and adapt resources

Provide emotional and behavioural support to promote pupil well-being

Qualifications

Experience working with children with SEN is preferred

A relevant qualification in education or child development is an advantage

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
