About the Role:
As a Permanent Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for:

Delivering Outstanding Teaching: Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1, or KS2 - specify if a particular year group is known, e.g., "Key Stage 2" or "Year 4"), catering to the diverse needs of all pupils.

Fostering a Positive Learning Environment: Creating a stimulating, inclusive, and safe classroom where every child feels valued, encouraged, and motivated to achieve their full potential.

Assessing and Monitoring Progress: Accurately assessing, recording, and reporting on pupil progress, using data to inform future planning and interventions.

Building Relationships: Developing strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and the wider school community.

Contributing to School Life: Actively participating in school events, extra-curricular activities, and the overall development of our school's ethos.

Upholding Standards: Adhering to all school policies and procedures, including those relating to safeguarding, behaviour management, and health and safety.
What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

A proven track record of delivering high-quality primary education.

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.

Excellent knowledge of the primary national curriculum.

A creative and flexible approach to teaching.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
