Our client, a reputable main dealership in the Grantham area, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team.

The Vehicle Technician position is ideal for experienced professionals committed to delivering quality service and technical excellence.

Benefits:

Basic salary of up to £42,000, depending on experience
On-target earnings of approximately £48,000, including bonus earnings
Full manufacturer training and development programmes
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays

Perform vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and servicing to manufacturer standards
Conduct thorough diagnostic checks to identify faults
Liaise effectively with service advisors, customers, and management to ensure customer satisfaction
Inspect vehicles for wear, tear, and general faults, providing accurate diagnoses
Complete work in compliance with DVSA standards
Document all repairs and maintenance accurately as a Vehicle Technician
Assist with additional vehicle maintenance tasks as requested
Ensure a professional approach and excellent customer service throughoutRequirements:

Relevant formal automotive qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or independent workshop
Own comprehensive set of tools
Full valid UK driving licence
