SEN Teacher - Alternative Resource Provision | Ealing Primary School

Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Full-time, fixed term until July (with possibility of permanent role)
Location: Ealing, West London

SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join an Alternative Resource Provision (ARP) attached to a primary school in Ealing. This ARP supports a small cohort of KS1 pupils (approximately 10 children) with Autism, language difficulties, and additional learning needs. Many pupils are working within the EYFS curriculum, with some presenting behavioural challenges.

This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher with experience in special needs schools or similar settings, who thrives on making a real difference in the lives of children with SEND.

The Role

As the SEN Teacher, you will:

Lead and deliver high-quality, tailored learning for KS1 pupils with Autism and additional needs

Support pupils' communication, social and emotional development

Work closely with a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), delegating tasks and managing the small team effectively

Collaborate with the SENDCo, parents, and external specialists to ensure personalised provision

Adapt planning and teaching to meet a wide range of abilities and needs

Promote a calm, supportive, and engaging learning environment

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

Have experience working in a special needs setting, ARP, or SEND school

Are highly flexible, adaptable, and passionate about SEN education

Have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with staff, parents, and external professionals

Can inspire and motivate pupils, modelling patience, creativity, and positivity
