We are a growing construction company specialising in drylining, partitions, ceilings, and associated interior fit-out works. With a strong portfolio of commercial and residential projects, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality finishes on time and within budget.

We are now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in drylining projects to join our team.

• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of drylining projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
• Oversee project valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts.
• Monitor costs against budgets and provide accurate financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically within drylining / partitions / ceilings projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence (desirable).
