Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a new role of Accounts Assistant for a growing, international business with a UK Head Office based on the outskirts of Keighley.

The Role

Reporting into the Financial Controller, the Accounts Assistant will have a wide remit of responsibilities within the finance team.

Duties and responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will include:

• Processing of Purchase and sales ledger invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Posting cash
• VAT returns
• Setting up new customers and doing credit checks
• Ad hoc finance reports for the Financial Controller

The Candidate

To be considered for the role we welcome applications from candidates with the following:

• Previous experience of working within a varied accounts role
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communicator
• Purchase ledger experience

Salary & Benefits

In return, the successful Accounts Assistant will receive the following:

• £28,000 - £30,000 base salary
