Prospero Teaching are seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Tutor to support a Year 9 student based in Grantham (NG31)

Subjects: Maths and English
Hours: 10 hours per week
Location: In-home tuition (with adults present)
The student has been out of formal education for an extended period and currently demonstrates low engagement, though responds positively to 1:1 tailored support. We are looking for a tutor who is patient, understanding, and confident in re-engaging learners with complex needs.

Key Requirements:

Experience working with students with SEN or SEMH needs
Ability to build rapport and deliver creative, engaging sessions
Flexible and reliable, with strong communication skills
Enhanced DBS (on the update service) and relevant safeguarding knowledge
Required to provide references covering the last 2 years of employment
