Purpose of the Role:

Milling and Turning of precision parts in various materials.

Key Responsibilities:

* Achieving key objectives in programming, setting and operating Hurco CNC Milling and Turning machines

* To be quality focused, working to the procedures within the company's manufacturing process control document

* Producing precision parts with tight tolerances

* Inspection of components produced to ensure specifications are met

* Take an active role in continuous improvement and optimising work processes.

* Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment

Key Skills Required to be Effective:

* Proven CNC experience, with a good understanding of machining principles

* Knowledge and experience in conversational programming of CNC machines

* Knowledge of relative safety standards

* Willingness to use protective clothing

* Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings

* Familiarity with Hurco Winmax CNC Control Systems
