Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations to ensure efficient production and delivery of products.

* Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety within the plant.

* Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely execution of projects.

* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.

* Oversee maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

* Manage and develop a team of plant staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in plant management or a similar leadership role.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, preferably in a related industry.
